Movement & Exercise
We all know that movement and exercise are essential for health and wellbeing. Engaging in activities that you enjoy – whether it’s walking, running, dancing, cycling, or swimming – nourishes not just your body, but also your mind and spirit

Deep understanding of musculoskeletal issues and their prevention through proper movement.
Proven Results
Successful rehabilitation stories and continuous support for lasting results.

As a physiotherapist, I’ve observed a noticeable decline in overall muscle strength, particularly core strength, due to our increasingly sedentary lifestyles. This weakness often leads to poor posture and contributes to a wide range of musculoskeletal issues.
That’s why I believe it’s crucial to build a strong foundation by mastering basic movement patterns that originate from the core. Understanding how to move your body and which muscles are involved allows you to strengthen them properly, creating a strong and resilient body capable of withstanding the demands of both daily activities and exercise.
We’re far less likely to experience pain or injury with a strong, flexible, resilient body; even when you have pre-existing conditions. I have chondromalacia patellae “runner’s knee” in both knee joints, which cause swelling, pain, stiffness and reduced mobility. Through strength and mobility exercises, I no longer experience those symptoms and can run half marathons in my late forties.
To help others achieve this freedom of movement and enjoy activities they love, I’ve created exercise routines designed with attention to detail, emphasizing proper form and muscle engagement. It’s about quality over quantity, ensuring that every movement counts.

Free Exercise Routines
Access these exercise routines for FREE on my YouTube channel or attend one of my online or in person classes.
If you have any health concerns that may affect your ability to exercise, I strongly recommend seeking medical advice before engaging in any of these routines. With every routine, always listen to your body, move within your comfort zone and stop if you experience any pain.
