Struggling with poor posture, stiffness, or aches? Whether you’re an office worker, an active individual, or simply looking to improve your movement, this workshop is designed to help you understand, assess, and correct posture issues so you can feel stronger, move better, and prevent pain.
Led by Physiotherapist Rhi Bowden, this interactive, practical workshop will give you the knowledge and tools to improve your posture for good.
What You’ll Learn

✔️ Posture assessment & corrections – analyse and improve your own posture

What to Bring to the Posture Workshop
– Exercise mat
– Towel
– Cushion or small pillow
– Pen & notepad (optional for taking notes)
– Drinks or snacks (water & juices provided; coffee shop next door)
– Extra socks or easy slip-on shoes (we’ll be removing shoes)
What to Wear
✔️ Comfortable clothing you can move in
✔️ Fitted clothing (e.g., leggings, shorts, sports top) preferred for posture assessment
✖️ Avoid overly baggy clothes (harder to assess posture)
